Welcome and how this course works

I am so excited that you’re here! I want you to learn this full end to end method of doing behavioral science.

I’m not making a course to get you to know something. I’m making a course to get you to do something. The idea is that at the end of this, you’ll be able to do things differently than you did before.

How this course works
This course is broken up into 6 weekly modules but you can do it at your own pace; you should look to invest about 30 minutes per day. There are plenty of activities and the more you practice, the better you will get and the more confident you will feel.

You can also pace the course to fit with your life demands. If you need extra time, take it. But try not to race through the course: spending a week on each topic will give you time to practice, reflect, and learn.

You are encouraged to do your own project during the course, because you’ll learn a lot more if you apply it to something real. At the end of each week, we’ll give you a specific project-related task that will help you change behavior in a context that is relevant for you.

And remember, behavioral science is a team sport, it’s best when shared. Make sure that you’re connecting with others and sharing what you’re learning with them. When you summarize what you’ve learned, it helps solidify your understanding.
