Take the next step in your project and create a pressure map for the behavior you want to change.
If possible, interview a few people around your chosen behavior to uncover extra pressures. First, ask them a few questions to determine whether they Always, Never, Sometimes, Started, or Stopped the behavior. Then start to uncover promoting and inhibiting pressures that influence their behavior.
