When you generate pressures using research, you may discover new insights that cause you to challenge your own assumptions about why people do things. That’s a good thing!

It’s best not to assume what pressures will change behavior; the more we can go in with a blank slate, the more likely we are to find something novel that hasn’t been tried before.
